1. About our services

True Pixel, LLC provides digital advertising services, including advertising account audits, tracking and measurement setup, campaign creation, and ongoing campaign management on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Submitting a request through the Site (including a request for a free audit) does not create a client relationship. Any engagement for paid services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and True Pixel, LLC, and in the event of a conflict, that agreement controls.

2. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and platform policies. True Pixel, LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, including any specific number of leads, sales, return on ad spend, cost per result, or other performance metric. Any examples, estimates, or figures discussed with you are illustrations only and are not promises of future performance.

3. Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party advertising platforms, including those operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent company. True Pixel, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and they may change their products, policies, pricing, or account standing decisions at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including ad disapprovals, account restrictions, or changes in delivery or performance.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

The Site is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;
• Use the Site to transmit malware or other harmful code;
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site or its content except as permitted by these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE PIXEL, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
